I have a passion for coaching and mentorship and have helped many clinicians over the years obtain licenses, coached through practicums and taught at University. Teaching and passing the torch is central to my passion to raise and advocate for the next generation.
Working with the Business Management program’s students has been enlightening. The first Capstone Project was for hearo to create a new model of providing clinical care that is accessible, affordable, independent and clinician driven rather than corporately owned and shareholder driven. The project was a resounding success.
Another Capstone Project was for hearo global outreach to bring hearing care to underserved places around the world as a social enterprise to be a revenue support for existing NGOs to branch out and provide much needed service to their region. This project is another success.
